Mark Campbell

 Mark Campbell is the co-founder and COO of Merakisis, a woman-owned EV / Energy Storage Technology Solution wholesale distribution company. Our focus is to meet the needs of our customers with excellent customer satisfaction while mentoring women in business, collaborating and investing in building diverse relationships and capabilities, and giving back to non-profit companies that focus on woman's/diversity equality in the workplace.

In his work career, Mark has been a massive supporter of building diversity with unique and strategic business relationships. While at Intel, Mark started the Education with Industry initiative at Intel with partnering with the United States Air Force. More recently, with Merakisis, Mark has led the development of the partnership with the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) to help promote and support minority businesses and disadvantaged business enterprises. He is currently working on a consortium for the electrical/EV sector for New York and New Jersey, along with growth opportunities with the Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HCBU).

Mark has over 30 years of experience leading Fortune 100 companies and successful start-ups, nationally and internationally, in various Healthcare, Electric Vehicle, and Technology Manufacturing Organizations. He has experience in operations, procurement, human resources, finance, project management, sustainability, innovation, and quality. His consulting expertise focused on technology/material science industries for supply chain/procurement management. Mark’s strong leadership, facilitation skills, and project management enhance client communication and encourage positive outcomes and possibility thinking.

Mark Campbell's significant strengths are in executive management, negotiations, acceleration of innovation, and problem-solving. He has experience in operational excellence, establishing centers of excellence for negotiations, procurement, quality, and innovation. Mark recently co-founded a healthcare start-up to help provide PPE to the United States. In the three years, Mark was COO, he achieved $550M in Federal awards. He delivered over 150M units of products, all with 100% on-time delivery and quality during a pandemic when even the largest of companies found it difficult to operate. Through his leadership and experience in managing large-scale supply chains, Mark enabled Hilo to excel where other companies failed to deliver.
